Registration and Booking Your Flight

Our goal is to make the registration process as easy and efficient as possible. To confirm your flight, please view our different pod configurations, and then visit our registration page, or click the Book Flight button found within each pod configuration's description.

From there, it is as easy as booking a regular airline ticket; select your desired date, number of passengers, duration of flight, and you're on your way to journeying into outer space!

Confirmation and Pre-Flight Preparations

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a very important confirmation email with all the information on the next steps that need to be completed.

To ensure your safety while on board, we require up-to-date medical checks (valid within the last 12 months), and as well that you fill out required waivers/paperwork, which can all be found within the email.

As well, you will be contacted by one of our representatives to schedule a mandatory pre-flight briefing, which will go over all of the important details you need to know to ensure your safety and enjoyability while on-board.

On-Site Training

After your paperwork has been cleared, and you have attended the required flight briefing, you will be scheduled to travel to our launch facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico two days before your launch. You will arrive the first day in the evening, and begin training the next morning.

Here, you will complete an on-site orientation; where you will get to know the pod you will be traveling in, learn emergency procedures, as well as completing other physiscal safety pre-measures.

While you are here, you will be put up at our on-site lodging facility (which is included in your package), as you prepare to become an astronaut.

Your Journey into Space

The moment you have been waiting for! Following the completion of your on-site training on your second day, you will be ready to go into space!

You and your party will board your pod, which will takeoff momentarily after. The takeoff procedure goes as follows:

Board Your Pod: You and your party will board your designated pod at the launch site (which is attached to a seperate launch vehicle), and final checks/preparations will be made to ensure a safe launch.
Transferred to Launch Pad: Once you and your party are safely on board, and the safety checks have been completed, your pod/launch vehicle will be transferred to one of our launch pads within the complex. It will then be secured into place, ready for the launch sequence to begin.
Takeoff: The launch vehicle's engines ignite and begin the ascent into space. The launch vehicle's computer systems control the flight, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
Boost Phase: The launch vehicle continues to gain speed and altitude until it reaches the designated orbit, at which then the pod will seperate from the launch vehicle (which will then be returned back down to Earth).
Orbital Phase: As the pod seperates from the launch vehicle, it will enter orbital phase, in which you and your party are free to move around the pod to admire the breathtaking views the solar system has to offer and enjoy your time in space. At the same time, the pod will be continuously completing a series of tests/checks to ensure that the systems are properly functioning and will continue to do so.

Return to Earth

All good things must come to and end. When it is time for your space pod to return to Earth, all passengers must be seated and in proper landing position. This procedure will then follow:

Preparation: The pod's systems will prepare for re-entry into Earth and perform one last check to ensure everything is working to ensure a safe entry. The pod's GPS system will set a waypoint for the recovery pad located within our complex back down here on Earth.
Re-Entry: After the last system check is complete, the pod will position itself to begin entering back into Earth's atmosphere. Due to high levels of friction and heat, the pod will slow down as it moves further in.
Parachute Deployment: As the pod moves further into Earth and begins to get closer to its landing spot, the built-in parachute system will deploy to help slow the pod down even further, and as well to ensure a safe landing. On top of that, the pod's aerodynamic system will also aid in controlling its descent to ensure precise accuracy and safety.
Landing: With the help of the pod's landing/recovery systems (as previously mentioned), the pod will land at the recovery pad within the complex.
Recovery: Once the pod has touched back down on the ground here on Earth, our recovery team will be dispatched to your location to check on you and your party, and as well as the pod to ensure your safety. You will then be transported back to the main facility for a debriefing session. Welcome back to Earth!

Post-Flight

Upon completion of the debriefing session following your return from space, you will be able to return back to the common area where you can buy souvenirs of your trip, and as well the lodging facility for your last night with us, with check out being 11:00am the next morning.

Great question! Space tourism refers to commercial human space travel for recreational, leisure, or business purposes. The concept involves private individuals paying to travel to and experience space.

Space tourism is a relatively new industry and has only become possible in recent years due to advances in technology and the growing commercialization of space activities. The first space tourist was American businessman Dennis Tito, who flew to the International Space Station (ISS) in 2001 as a paying customer.

Space tourism as a whole is available to anyone. However, we have specific requirements of our own set in place to ensure your safety while on one of our flights. Our requirements are:

Must be at least 15 years old.
Must be at least 5 feet in height.
Must be in good health, and able to withstand exposure to weightlessness and changes in gravitational forces.
Must be able to complete a medical examination.
Must be able to complete one day of on-site training before being launched in pod.

Just like any other form of human spaceflight, there come some risks with space tourism, which include:

Mental/physical consequences caused by being in a closed environment for extended periods of time.
Technical failures during launch, reentry, or while in orbit may occur, as mechanical systems are prone to not be perfect.
Psychologial risks such as anxiety, stress, and depression may occur to passengers depending on other health factors.

Good question. We take care of all the travel details to get you out here. You do not have to pay anything extra for traveling to our on-site complex, as it is included within your flight package.

We will arrange your flight ticket(s), where you will be flown from your nearest airport into Albuquerque International Airport. From there, you will be transported onto our complex, which is a 15 minute bus ride from the airport.

To ensure that we continue to operate as smoothly and efficient as possible, we have set in place a 48-hour cancellation policy. You will be fully refunded, no questions asked, if you submit a cancel request before 48 hours of your scheduled first day with us.

However, we understand that life happens, and things come up that we don't expect. If you need to cancel within the 48-hour window and wish to still receive a refund, please contact us. However, please keep in mind that there is no guarantee past our 48-hour window.
